This site collects the information you choose to send with your case: your name, contact details, location, and the details of your pet's situation, including any records, imaging or quotes you later provide. It comes directly to me, Eben Martin, and is used for exactly one purpose: assessing and answering your case.
Your submission is emailed to me and handled like any clinical correspondence: kept confidential, not sold, not shared, and not used for marketing. Records and imaging are used only to prepare your opinion. If I ever anonymise a case for education, every detail that could identify you, your pet or your clinic is removed or changed.
The site uses privacy focused analytics that count visits without building personal profiles, and runs no advertising trackers.
You can ask me at any time for a copy of what I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by replying to any email from me. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
