I provide independent written opinions on veterinary surgical questions, prepared from the information, records and imaging you supply. An opinion is professional advice on that material. It is not a physical examination, it does not create a treating relationship with your pet, and it does not include prescribing or performing treatment. Your treating veterinarian remains responsible for your pet's care.
This is not an emergency service. If your pet is in pain, deteriorating or in danger, contact your nearest veterinarian or emergency hospital immediately.
Every fee is confirmed in writing before you pay. If I accept a case and cannot provide a useful opinion, the fee is refunded. Nothing on this site is charged automatically.
To the extent permitted by law, my liability in connection with an opinion is limited to resupply of the opinion or refund of the fee paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
