I provide independent written opinions on veterinary surgical questions, prepared from the information, records and imaging you supply. An opinion is professional advice on that material. It is not a physical examination, it does not create a treating relationship with your pet, and it does not include prescribing or performing treatment. Your treating veterinarian remains responsible for your pet's care.
This is not an emergency service. If your pet is in pain, deteriorating or in danger, contact your nearest veterinarian or emergency hospital immediately.
The written opinion is $129, paid by card through Stripe when you submit your case. If your case is not one I can genuinely help with, or I accept it and cannot provide a useful opinion, the $129 is refunded in full. If a case needs work well beyond that, I quote it in writing first and you are charged nothing further unless you agree to it. Nothing on this site is charged automatically or on a subscription.
To the extent permitted by law, my liability in connection with an opinion is limited to resupply of the opinion or refund of the fee paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
